  • Where is my order?
    • Orders typically take 2-7 days to process. Shipping times vary based on your location. Since we ship globally, items usually take between 2-4 weeks for delivery. For more information, please see our Shipping page. 
  • Why won't my tracking information update?
    • Depending on your courier, tracking information may not update, or may show as "invalid" until the package is in your country of origin. This time varies based on your location. Rest assured that if your package has a tracking number, it has been shipped and is on it's way to you. 
  • Will my items ship together?
    • We strive to ship items as quickly as possible, therefore the items in your order may be shipped separately at no extra cost to you.
  • How can I return an item?

  • What do I do if my package is lost?
    • Modern Tot Co. is not responsible for lost packages. Fortunately, most lost packages can be rerouted by contacting your courier.
